Been working here for 10 years and I can say that the reason why Im still here is because of positive environtment. It is important that we are working in a positive environtment specially during this difficult times.

That they have respect regardless of the bond that we have, if its work related we are all proffessionals to discuss everything specially for the benefir of everyone.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
To have a respect for everyone, Full of consideration but not to the point that we are tolerating our people. We are always have time to talk to our people and making sure that we are all happy working.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
In our account, we are getting extra allowance for passing our metrics and attendance but on TP's side, Its better if we will have an increase same with the other companies since the main reason why some supervisors are resigning because of a better compensation.
