HMO. Although it would be great if we can add 2 dependents for free.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
SVP - He is honest when providing feedback; takes time to mentor. Although we don't see each other often coz I am in a provincial site, he makes sure he is available. I feel his support. I feel that he trusts me. Program EVP and COO - I look up to them for their wisdom. They are within reach.
