Ive been here for almost 9 years and still the same feeling since I started here, especially in my account. All my colleagues,direct supervisors and managers were really nice and treated us as a family.

That sometimes they allow my overtime due to manpower demand though the salary is still not that much competitive.

I always feel comfortable and happy whenever I go to work and mingle with my colleagues. We work and help each other for what's the best of the account and the company.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
That we do care for each other. We always treat other as a whole family, we always think for the wellness of our colleagues and agents and bring out the best in them.
