What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
At TP they have good ideas to promote events like the Pet Day or Star of the Month, as well as a few certifications to develop different leadership skills.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Even when some individuals in higher positions may not always make the best decisions, I know there are many others who work relentlessly, not only to deliver strong results, but also to support their team?
What makes you most happy at work?
I am happy when the people that I lead shows satisfaction or joy; it makes me happy when my Client (LOB) appreciates and applauses my job. Finally, I feel happy when I make the difference between a "boss" and a true Leader.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I have experience with other companies in the same industry as TP that go beyond the legal benefits, such as a Christmas bonus calculated over 30 days instead of 15, and grocery vouchers separate from the savings fund (both in higher amounts), as well as a better profit
