I feel proud of the company I work for, and I've enjoyed working here, however there are several aspects that need improvement and one of the main ones is communication and efficient feedback and coaching from our leaders including the executive leaders. Sometimes I've felt I'm not being valued.

We work together and support each other and the communication flows.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
I like how inclusive the company is and the environment feels safe.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
From my manager I like that she does care about my personal and professional development, with the rest of the leaders I don't have much contact with.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I feel the amount of responsibility and work that Coordinators do does not match with the compensation we receive, also considering that when a Trainer is promoted to Training Coordinator the increase in compensation is less than 2K when the tasks and responsibilities are much different.
