For my 15 years, I think it also comes with luck that I transitioned to good leaders which gave and continue to give me a good experience overall.

What are some of the best things about your team?
They are very collaborative and shares the same goal with us, the management.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Due to extended CM/OM Flex Role for 2 years, my annual increase did not impact to my overall salary.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Specific to my direct line manager, I can say that she is really someone who is constantly checking on the welfare of her people. She cares for her subordinates both as an employee and as a person.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
I am very lucky to have a direct line manager who cares. She, despite of all the challenges at work, makes sure that she connects and checks on her people. She is the true embodiment of the new mantra, "Never underestimate the value of being there."
