It's a good company cuz they really assist the trainees to learn something and to be equipped with the needed set skills to apply in real life basis.

They are funny and friendly. They also assist the person who have difficulty in catching up the training lessons.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I would appreciate it if the company could offer free lunch and dinner for trainees and agent. Also about the benefits I think giving employees the perks to have their eye check up for free is a must.
