So far so good because from the trainers down to my co-trainee- we get to learn and understand how the matrix works and how we should do it correctly. We get to learn each day about the fundamentals.

i don't about it but i guess it's the idea that i am able to learn something new about the things i should understand in regards to my work

the idea that everyone may make mistakes in the first try or even in the second time around but fortunately we are told that they have our backs and that what matters most in the long run
