First day of training was fun and my peers are easy to get along, along with my trainor also. Overall, it was a positive first impression.

They are clear and organized, also they give instructions precisely with phenomenal support.

I am new to this industry but I can feel the positive energy on the first day of training.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I believe some of the companies here in Cebu offers a higher compensation to newbie bpo employees and it is based on what I know from my fellow bpo friends. The benefits are good but I somehow wished the base pay would be much more higher or reached my expected value.
