My best experience in my company is the way how my co-trainees welcomed me and being part of the company itself makes me strive harder to reach my goals.

It's literally a friendly and non-toxic environment for us newbies.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They are likely approachable and easy going and the same time they're strict specially when it comes to attendance and performance inside the company premises.
What makes you most happy at work?
As what I've said, the team I had is cheerful and that makes me happy to go to work everyday. They're my motivations that keeps me going.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
As a first time job seeker and also don't have any experience yet, the compensation package is very acceptable and accurate or we should say better compensation package.
What are some of the best things about your team?
We like how we interact each other like we're already know each other about 10 years ago. The bond that we have is truly unexpected because who have thought that in our 2nd day of training we're getting comfortable to each other.
