What makes you most happy at work?
I think being able to show up no matter what and being able to spend some time with my team, getting along with each other, have fun and enjoy with each other.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I think what I like the best is that they managed to teach and guide us very well. they also handled us very well and they are very approachable with it comes to if we have concerns regarding with the courses or topics that they've discussed.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
I think the best part is where we can get 3k allowance every month and 1k rice allowance for every month. It's actually pretty good for me as a new into this industry. I don't think there's an offer like this in other companies especially for newbies.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
I think the most positive about the culture here is that people or employees here will greet you every time you see them in the hallway and they just being nice to you whether you're their colleagues or not. it's just being respectful and treated each other good intentions.
What are some of the best things about your team?
I think the way we just have fun and enjoy every moment that we have as a team. We somehow did get along with each other even though we're not fully getting to know with each other, but I think along the way we'll get there and what's important is we stay together as a group or team.
