To learn and experience more for me to grow as an person who is stepping up, not just for myself, but also for the company.
what i like the most about leadership team is clear communication, guidance, and instructions, who is open to employees feedbacks, opinions, as well as questions to be able to provide an productive employees.
The most positive about the culture and environment is the challenges which is delivered with encouragement, and also the professionalism of each individual ( culture ), the environment is comfortably good for everyone is friendly.
I may have lack the experience in BPO industry, tho i may be a newbie to this field but the package of my compensation greatly values my worth as an employee, which i am very thankful for the opportunity.
The best thing regarding my team is we tend to share one goal when it comes to work which is to learn, and some other have experienced and they impart their some experiences to individual like me who is newbie. Overall, they are good.
