Interaction with my team makes me very happy
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The inclusivity of the company is comforting. I would not feel out of place as everyone is welcome in this company regardless of who you are.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
The best part is that it is fair to the job that we are tasked to do. The bonuses and night differential is a good price that actually went beyond my expectations
What are some of the best things about your team?
The best things about my team is that we help each other and we do not bring each other down. We treat each other as family when we interact giving homey vibes in the workspace.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
A thing that I like about the leadership team is that they value the growth and skill acquisition of the employees. They will not let you not learn anything and not develop a skill. They have shown that they are willing to go through lengths to help the trainee learn the job and industry
