Organized, considerate, resourceful and most of all, empathetic
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Provide more nap rooms and pantry

They are capable of being understanding towards each other

Thinking that I could get my compensation every 15 days
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
although the account is nonvoice, I believe that the compensation should be slightly higher as the economy is not good right now
