Overall, my experience at work has been positive. i was able to learn new things regarding to the account/Lob I'm assigned to, able to work with approachable workmates, and became more adaptable and confident in handling responsibilities at work.

What makes you most happy at work?
What makes me happy to go to work is my salary, aside from that is because of my friendly co-workers.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
The best thing about the compensation package, aside from the salary is the rice subsidy, allowance, the 20% night differential, and other benefits.

The best things that I say about my team is that we helped put each other, we communicate well, and we have the collaborative dynamic during the training.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The positive culture and environment at my company is that have workmates who's very collaborative teamwork.It also creates a professional and personal growth where employees feel motivated and perform to their outmost best.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
What I like best about the leadership team is that they are approachable and leads by example. I appreciate that leader provides clear information towards the training and listen to every trainees concern. Also have a collaborative workmates.
