Overall, I would say that I am very proud to be a part of this company since I met a handful of very hardworking and friendly people like my team who always lend each other's hands for a success.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
For me it would be the people working in the company, they just make the work experience very pleasant since working in BPO industry could be draining due to shifting schedules but having a good or positive environment could alleviate all of the negatives.
What makes you most happy at work?
It would be talking to my team, learning new things and just being around different people it just makes the experience very worth it. I hope that I could learn more and grow more, while also hoping to have a career growth in this company
What is the best part about your compensation package?
The best part would be that I am very well compensated with my package since working in this industry is not an easy thing to do and that's what I really love about it. It makes me want to achieve for higher success more since it is very rewarding.
What are some of the best things about your team?
That they are very, very approachable people. They always uplift each other and that's what I really like about them. They make the working environment very positive and that's what I like about my team because we always interact with each other all the time and we all have emotional maturity.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They always strive to bring out the best of people and that's what I really like about from what I have seen so far. Our team leader always see the potential in every single one of us and she is always patient about us, and she also balances casual and professionalism at all times.
