TP is such a welcoming company not just to applicants with BPO experiences, but with the newbies as well. And that trait is what I don't see in other BPO companies where the competition with one another is loud inside the room. But with TP, everyone is fair no matter what your previous experiences.

the diversity and the acceptance and respect of one another's flaws and differences.
What are some of the best things about your team?
all of them are very enthusiatic and curious so we get to really talk about the topics in a conversational manner rather than a serious discussion.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
balance of work and fun in learning, not too heavily serious but can also keep things light and enjoyable to learn. Having a trainer like Ms. Kenianah, motivates us to continue and be excited on joining the next training.
What makes you most happy at work?
the trainors, and the colleagues i get to work with, because the people that you are working with really matters other than the pay, the people you are surrounded with makes the work enjoyable and light even after interacting an irrate customer.
