Great, everything seems to work well. As a trainee I value the dynamics of the team primarily because sometimes there are task that we couldn't handle individually.

My colleagues and the trainers that are patience enough to acknowledge our learning paces
What is the best part about your compensation package?
In particular, it was the night differential since we have confirmed that even we are just trainees we already had the benefit of the night differential
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
It would be the people that I am with, they are a Team Player as a Team that even if we are working individually we can still be a team.
