What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
No other than being kind and helpful to eachother.
What are some of the best things about your team?
The confidence of each. They're so friendly and specially very helpful.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Their patience and kindness. They're very approachable, you won't be feel intimidated.
What makes you most happy at work?
My team and also our trainers. And also just being there makes me happy.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
The schedule, since I am a nocturnal person. And about the salary, it's completely fine to me since I was just started.
