It's more amazing for being a first timer taking the opportunity assigned to the customer service inside Teleperformance and the training and how they manage for agents during production is tightly strict but very beneficial to learn new skills during my stay. Overall, it's fun for a first timer.

What is the best part about your compensation package?
Night differentials and some rice subsidiary which is okay for me as a starting pack for a beginner

Diversive but open minded and never shy to share and engage ideas while giving them chances to prove themselves during both in training and the production floss.
What makes you most happy at work?
The vibes, the monthly pay, the coworkers around and the manager trying to poke you for fun and keeping things lively despite working in the graveyard shift
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Engaging and there are tons of places to relax and unwind after work such as going to dine in the pantry or cool down in the recreation lounge
