I like the leadership team because they always check on me, respond quickly when I need help, and take the time to teach me the things I need to learn. Their support makes me feel valued and helps me grow.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
One of the most positive aspects of the company culture is the care shown for employees during bad weather conditions. Providing free meals during these times helps employees feel supported and appreciated, creating a more caring and positive work environment.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I feel undervalued because the compensation does not fully reflect the workload and responsibilities of the job. We often need to extend our working hours due to heavy workloads, but we are not compensated for overtime. Fair pay and proper overtime compensation would greatly improve my satisfaction.
