Compensation is good compared to market value, in combination with stock options, benefits, and PTO offerings.

Everyone seems to really believe in the mission and the company, no one is hesitant about the product at all. The employees here are very passionate.

the company has non existant Training and Development team. Also, a lot of trainings are made availble only to senior level folks
