Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Salaries are much higher in the market and many other organizations are offering much better salaries. While Tracelink is not a bad paymaster in any sense but it surely has a scope for improvement.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
every executive is technical, we dont have to waste time in explaining things in non-technical language. executives understand data model, APIs, messaging framework, gateways etc. We dont waste time in creating fancy presentations, simple informative presentations are appreciated, simple diagrams.

They value people and my manager is very supportive. The company completely understand personal space and does not make you work over hours. They respect personal life and encourage employees to take time off as and when required and its voluntary to attend calls after your work hours

Teamwork. In this fast paced environment and with change occuring in all aspects of the business, it takes transparent teamwork to be successful. I feel we work as a team here at Tracelink to accomplish goals and overcome hurdles toward said goals.
