Co workers need to stop spying on one another in order to gain points with management. It destroys the team atmosphere.

Management needs to stop pitting employees against one another. Stop micromanaging employees and let them come up with improvement plans.

Use something to complement PBI. Not everyone who passes PBI can do the job, especially in management.

Ethics in management need to improve. Personal vendettas need to be checked at the door. Subjective grading needs to stop being twisted to suit the coach's whim.
