The atmosphere and the visitors have been really nice. Of course I am only working the summer season, cannot speak on winter.
Living and showing the core values which is part of being a good human being. It is nice to have this culture in a large workforce which influence many people. It is awesome to teach and grow the culture we support and hopefully. It's in society and the scene is meaningful to our guests.
The staff support each other because we know we are all undervalued. I feel valued by my coworkers because we all make it bearable and fun.

We have a very smart strong team theres not many of us left but we takentye weight of the mtn on are shoulders and do what we can do to laie customer's happy
My team gets along really well. We have done a nice job of ensuring a strong bond between everyone. We do not feel required to be best friends but we all naturally mesh well which is a nice thing for how much time we spend together.
I love most of the people I work with and we have a lot of smart people. But we're not compensated appropriately. Vail Resorts is not ready to treat high talented employees competitively.
