Salary normalization is done here, for the employees who is working from long back.

My Manager is very good person and it's great time to work with him. However from company side, I personally feel it should improve on better maintenance as organization.

low merit increases and incomplete bonus for 2024 even with exceeds expectations ratings

I don't know for some reason Vertafore India employees are offering very low hikes including the top performers. Atleast promotion should add better numbers but that is also not happening in Vertafore. Personally I feel I am not paid upto the mark based on my skillset and experience.

Not a fan of United Health care. Many things not covered or out of network. Also just to get a new CPAP machine which I have been on for 8 years took 8 months to go through the whole process and cost me $168 out of pocket to do a home sleep test before I could do an overnight one to get settings.

1. Employees at the same level are being paid differently just because their previous (company) salary was different. 2. This year employees did not get promotion hikes. 3. There are no perks or benefits other than salary, Not even team lunch & outings. 4. Management at India is too stingy.

Some people need their egos checked. But mostly there is too much pressure which makes people unavailable to collaborate.

Apart from the new hired senior technical members, Coworkers who are working since a long time are less technical. Recently there is too much technical work that is assigned to India team, but on the other hand India team lack technical knowledge. Due to which we have to rely on US counter parts.

My coworkers need to understand requirements correctly and try to be less dependable on others and also try to understand the work flow in KT sessions instead of getting back multiple times for the same work doing again. No one can spoon feed for experience candidates if they are acting like fresher

There are lot many changes recently in the senior management. CTO, VP and Senior Manager of Technical Tower resigned in span of 2 months. Due to which some employees have lost faith. Employees need to trust the company again, and for which Vertafore needs to put in efforts.
