What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?

There is NO POSITIVITY. Everyone is overworked and underpaid

What does the leadership team need to get better at?

Walmart can be much more successful if they paid better & hired more workers. They are a billion dollar company and yet, they have extreme turnover due to low wages and poor working conditions. This is unacceptable! They don't appreciate the employees, they just use them

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

They are a billion dollar company because of all the hard work employees do. They need to raise the pay for everyone! Paying a cashier $11/hour to deal with long lines, unhappy stressed out Customers is disgraceful! They can afford to pay better, but Doug McMillon just doesn't want to, shame on him!

What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?

Since the front end was "re-structured" (they took 10 CSM's and now only have 4), the CSM's can't handle the job alone so they are pulling cashiers off the register to act as a "backup". This reduces the # of cashiers, creating long lines needlessly. These "backups" need to be put back on registers
