Currently, nothing. No one should feel such anxiety about going to work. Everyone expresses their dissatisfaction with the continued lack of positive direction involving basic management.
Skilled management with realistic expectations. Talk to adults like adults, not a five year old. Show respect to earn respect. No one at my store is happy and there is no respect for current manager..
With the recent wage increases, some depts being left behind as if our roles and level of work not important. Some increase now over $5/hr more than what associates in my dept paid. Expected to fill various roles, covering the doors for AP, being cashier, running stock, a lot of heavy lifting
You can't teach a good work ethic or motivation. You either have it or you don't. Now a revolving door of younger hires who have little motivation to do anything. Day shift gets to clean up after the night stockers who could care less as long as items thrown on the shelves.
