They are good people, many of them will make sure you are not alone with your work (I work in a team)
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
More of it? I work eight hour shifts in 90+ heat in full Walmart regalia, I have had to work as much as ten hours to avoid being written up because my department's work never ends, and the fast paced work means often missing 15 minute breaks and delaying lunch. The pay is inadequate.
