Each day can be different. Sometimes I feel like I am just a seasonal employee. I can do more on the computer stuff and IT at this company (walmart) IT Support at the location I am at for 8 hours or up to closing hours.

getting to meet new workers
What do you like best about the leadership team?
nothing so far. Just started working on my fifth day will be on Tuesday.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
being more organized and the coaching and our team needs to know what we need to do each day and I would love to hang out in the electronics area.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
making $28.00 an hour is what the national average wage is right now, I believe. I would like to get paid more if they let me do more creative and IT stuff at Walmart.
What did you like most about the interview process?
i got hired on the spot but was lied to about having three days off. Thanks a lot. I see myself leaving after the winter or after my birthday. or next year around april or march before spring break.
