What did you like most about the interview process?
Back then it was done with respect and even humor. I don't believe it is still that way.
What are some of the best things about your team?
We are family and support each other through hard times both at work and in our personal lives.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
That we are family, even when we disagree or get angry, we will still have each others backs.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
How they talk to associates and not grasping that we cannot do 3 jobs at once and still take care of the customers.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Lower copays for specialist on our insurance. Proper equipment to do our jobs such as TC70's. And a wage that will pay for living without having to live always in debt.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Not enough workers to keep customers needs met. And many feel they are being forced to self checkout against their will due to few to even no cashiers at times. I am asked constantly by customers why they don't get a discount for scanning their own groceries in what should be a service industry.
