The interview process was pretty straightforward
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Very little other than comraderie among fellow workers who share your struggles
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Better organization. Ensuring there is enough coverage to handle the daily needs of the store to function properly
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
They need to be more reliable during peak hours and especially on big sales days like the weekends. Far too many call ins make working here during the weekends a total drain
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I’ve been here long enough to have gained lots of experience doing many different tasks but instead of being properly compensated, due to a lack of additional work staff I’m instead the first to be taken advantage
