Since the management cut that was made there is no drive for success. Every one just shows up ta do their job.i wana bring the life and drive back into the people I work with.im new and a one person army but I need the one best way of walmart.it could save my life and this country,if it were true.
What would you improve about your company's interview process?
To have an interview process.to designate one person or group of people to do just their job and follow through with proper onboarding procedures n education.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
I live in an extremely divided cultural community and we must employee or schedule our employees accordingly to make it a safe environment for us all.but at work all shifts get along during shift changes.
What makes you most happy at work?
when I get to personaly help change the persona of my store by helping each individual customer in what ever need they may have.i feel good when I can make a positive difference in the experience or opinion one has of my store
What are some of the best things about your team?
my store needs help in this department. I work in a multicultural store we just haven't found the right combination of authority yet for sucess.i hope eventually we will get enough of like minded authority in position to achieve success let alone function properly
