The top level managers in my store are disrespectful and do not value us. I have had a few that are amazing and treat us well but overall they do not care about you. I have heard every employee say that they do not like the management. that says something. However the benefits and pay are great.

The benefits and that I am going to get my degree
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The benefits are good and the employees really stick together through it all. We all vent to eachother and we all have eachothers backs.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
The benefits are amazing. You cant find another job that has benefits like walmart. They pay for your college which is allowing me to get my bachelors degree. I do love walmart for that.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
The market level managers need to ask the employees about their thoughts. I got asked once if my boss was doing good but she asked me right next to my boss. The store managers need to be kinder to their management team because they are usually rude to the associates as they are unhappy
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
My coworkers are as unhappy as I am. Our boss gossips about us to other coworkers and its a toxic environment. Me and another employee are having chest pains from the stress. Multiple of us have talked with corporate but nothing ever comes from it and our boss figures out who called. She retaliates
