No interview. Got the job in a week.

We help each other.....the litlle guys. Team leads are too busy....over worked.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Easy going and friendly. Most are hard workers but a few are slackers.
What makes you most happy at work?
My team members and my lead who is not a micro manager. He's easy going.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
No guidance. place on the floor with no instructions on how things are done. Some leads are highly dysfunctional.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
The pay could be a few dollars higher and the benefits are almost nothing and you have to wait to get them for months if not a year which something I never been through with an employer. They can do so much more but are concerned more so with the investors.
