The company is driven by the bottom line. Not customers and definitely not employees. I have watched $1000s walk out the door and discovered even more theft after the fact. The company has no management training and seem to promote only individuals who are good at belittling, bullying and harrassing

What does the leadership team need to get better at?
First they need to understand what leadership and management is and what it isn't. What they are doing now has nothing to with leadership or management...just bullying and harassment.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Doing work that other, shorter term employees receive higher pay for. Getting only pennies on the dollar per hour raises each year. Not being able to earn enough paid time off to handle personal and family matters..
