Treated horribly by team leads, HR personnel refuses to do her job. Recently got fired out of retaliation due to me and otber associates (who also got fired) going to the store manager concerning issues with our team leads
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Not yelling af associates, actually training associates on how to do things, approving their attitudes
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
They did not appreciate anything we did, never got told we did a good job
