I really hated it, I was never taken seriously by my managers. I have several mental illnesses that would hinder my performance at times. And they fired me because of it, which should have been illegal but they were clever with it so I couldn't fight it in any way.
What makes you most happy at work?
Being around my coworkers, they are like family to me.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Listening to their employees and caring about their wellbeing. People should not be overworked and punished for things they didn't do
