Our managers never guide/direct us on things we can improve on, but constantly complain about our performance. We are understaffed, but still are give sub 35 hours a week when we need all the help we can get. I am constantly switching from working closing to opening (frequently repeatedly in a week)
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
We need to work as a team more. In our Online Grocery Pickup Department, we are divided on what feels like a tribal line between dispensers (people who take out the orders) and shoppers (people who grab the items). Our team leader is just as much a part the tribalism as anyone else.
