my team leads do a great job of showing that they actually care about employees, or they do a great job of pretending they do. i feel cared about and appreciated, and they are always there to help me and teach me new things
most of my coworkers and team members are very good at what they do, and we all work really well together. we cover for each other when we need to use the restroom, we help each other with tough situations, and overall it's just very good
