i would like to earn more than $12 an hour. i also think we should be allowed to work overtime, rather than be punished for it

the people. my coworkers and my direct supervisors. i feel valued and appreciated, and i feel as though we are a cohesive team that can rely on each other
What makes you most happy at work?
helping customers, making them smile or laugh, running after them to give them their groceries or change they left behind. achieving tasks quickly and making my managers proud. seeing my coworkers

i literally did not get interviewed. i set up an interview time, they said they would call me. i did not get a call and the next day i got an email saying i got the job
What do you like best about the leadership team?
my team leads do a great job of showing that they actually care about employees, or they do a great job of pretending they do. i feel cared about and appreciated, and they are always there to help me and teach me new things
What are some of the best things about your team?
most of my coworkers and team members are very good at what they do, and we all work really well together. we cover for each other when we need to use the restroom, we help each other with tough situations, and overall it's just very good
