Been there 3 years and my experience with Walmart has been great. Home every 5 days for my 2 days off. Bonuses every quarter if u don't get tickets and involved in any accidents. On a route that keeps me in state every week and have an option to go home daily if i want or need too.

Being left to do my job
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The work load is always Suffield to keep us moving
What is the best part about your compensation package?
I know it can be better but I'm satisfied with the company package I currently have.

Was very professional. And they kept you in the with what was needed to get you processed.
What are some of the best things about your team?
They are always willing to help you if there's a need that comes up and your not fully understaonf what needs to be done.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Always willing to work with u for time off. They don't mirror manage your work. They only expect you to do your job safely.
