The customers coming to the store again and again seeing my friendly positive attitude and there friendly positive smile.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
My wages are not enough to live on and I have experience with customers and they like my service.I think I should be able to get 17 18 bucks an hourly.Carts are the start off making customers happy that I bring the cart to them and tell them to have a blessed day and they thank me for my service.
