Showing them possibilities, making sure they are cross train on all work and positions whats is helpful for me when we don't have enough stuff and for them for future carrier
We work overnights so almost all drama and issues with costumers don't have too impact on our team. Environment are people who works, no company. Culture?! Tons of policies and no one really cares about them
I really don't feel like all team leads are doing thier work how they should. Half of them is wondering around and they get paid the same amount as other half what's is really working. I really think this is unfair.
