I feel that having our team leads taking on so many departments is hard. My team lead had 7 depts which includes all the service counters. Other team leads have 5-7 depts. That is to many especially with everything else they have to do. Maybe try adding some dept. Managers back to make it easier

I love my coach and my team lead they know what they are doing
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
When promoting make sure the people know what they are doing. We have manager that have no idea what they are doing.
