The company doesn't care about its associates. It's as simple as that. Taking the my share bonus away was the worst decision they have made. I now have no incentive to do a good job I get paid the same no matter how bad I am at my job or how many times I call off.

We don't have team meetings.

My coworkers are the only good part of my job.
What would you improve about your company's interview process?
Having more personal employees to handle everyone would be very helpful
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
The leadership at walmart is nonexistent. It's a bunch of lazy people who can't take two seconds to learn more about walmart policy.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Walmart needs to pay higher wages so they can have a reliable work force. Currently it's a bare bones schedule at minimum pay and the only people who benefit from that are corporate. The costumers see walmart slowly decline and more and more shop at other stores.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I got hired when the starting pay was at 13 an hour for a deli position. I got 13.80 because I have food experience. When they bumped the minimum pay on my deli to 15 that's all I got. I didn't get a pay raise for learning how to work in bakery either.
