I've worked at Walmart for 6 years took me 3 years to make Department manager. Position was deleted. Now Im an associate again and have not seen a raise in 3 years. The associates that I trained are team leads. Explain that to me!
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
People skills for sure. Helping out in the department instead of micro managing.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
If I have to train my team lead on how to do the job I should be a team lead.
