For me staying busy taking care of the customers needs

They need to understand lack of comunication and respect is what underline the overturn. Treat your workers right because the pay is horrible
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
If the front end was actually recognized as equal to stockers or more, we dont just take care if the customer but stay busy at all times and should be equal with pay
