the company needs too change like the attendance policy needs to take Doctor excuses treat associates better

pay better money not 13 dollars a hour more money all manages need too be nice and value their employees I would not recommend working here to anyone run.

things need too change fast first of the policy for attendance needs to change points should be like 10 not 5 and your fired they need too take doctors excuses we are humans not robots we dont know if we will get sick that day of work stop over working one person thats only in that department!
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
i like my job but im getting ready too put 2 week notice in cause they dont care if you are sick have kids sick in hospital have family sick, death they care about making money and they will give you points if you call in and you have no pto you will get point and at 5 points you are fired .
