It's a terrible place to work, I applied for one specific area and was told I would work there and I get framed about to every other department because the team leads are to lazy to do their own jobs and then they get upset when my department isn't taken care of even though they took everyone out

Mangers need to stop treating employees like dogs
What are some of the best things about your team?
My team is great, they understand what we do and get what they can done effectively
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Management doesn't know what they're doing and it leads to us getting behind because they can't do their jobs
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Scheduling, we have three closers and all of us are always closing alone because they wont Schedule us all in an effective way
What would you improve about your company's interview process?
Honestly it's not bad but no one know what their doing on walmarts side or are to slow and forget about it. I spent a long time just calling over and over again
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I work 8 hour shifts in a department that requires a good understanding of computers, phones, games, cameras, printers, and photos. I'm worked to the bone doing the mangers job and I barely make enough to get food
