Always being told that you're replaceable. Managers and supervisors never doing their job and Always in the back eating and taking breaks. Got in trouble for helping customers on more then one occasion. Don't know how to communicate. Just a mess over all.

What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Actually being a leader and not scum. Stop threatening their workers and customers when they don't get their way. Actually do their job.
